Should you be unable to send or receive email please do the following:

  • Check that your email settings and passwords is the same and correct on all your devices
  • Check and ensure that your software is licensed and up to date
  • Check and ensure that your operating system used is licensed and up to date

Should the above not resolve your issue, your IP is blocked by our server due to failed logins, incorrect settings and out of date software.

Go to your internet browser and search 'What is my IP'

Send your IP address via Whatsapp to 0761226648 for our Support team to check, unblock and advise on requirements to avoid the block going forward.

Please note that to unblock your IP is free for the first block, thereafter a charge of R50 applies for each block.
