Help Guide: How to Reactivate Your Payfast Subscription Print

Issue: Your recurring payment token with Payfast has expired. To ensure your services continue without interruption, you need to re-authorize the payment method.
 
Please note that we have to remove the token off our system before you proceed. Please ask us to do so either via ticket, or send us a whatsapp message. 
Once this has been confirmed, then please proceed with the following steps.
 
Solution: Please follow the steps below to update your token via the Kingsley Client Area.
 

Step 1: Log into your Client Area

Log in to your account on the Kingsley website.
 

Step 2: Locate Overdue Invoices

Once logged in, look at your main Dashboard. Locate the section labeled Overdue Invoices.
  • Note: You will see a red button labeled Pay Now next to the text "You have [number] overdue invoice(s)...".
 
(Refer to the "Overdue Invoices" section in your dashboard)
 

Step 3: View Outstanding Invoices

Click the red Pay Now button. This will take you to a list of your outstanding invoices.
 

Step 4: Select an Invoice

From the list of invoices displayed, click on the Invoice # (e.g., 85250) of the invoice you wish to pay. It is usually best to select the most recent invoice.
 
(You will see a list similar to the invoice history table)
 

Step 5: Subscribe Using Payfast

You will now be viewing the specific invoice details. Look for the button labeled Subscribe Using Payfast (usually located near the top right or bottom of the invoice details).
 
Click this button to complete the reactivation of your payment token.
 
(Look for the "Subscribe Using Payfast" button on the invoice page)
